Before filling out this application, please read and understand the one-time fees, possible charges/add-ons (where applicable), and stipulations including but not limited to:

Add-ons & Stipulations

  • If pets are allowed and you would like to have a pet, the pet must be approved first. After approval, the $350 non-refundable pet deposit must be paid at the time of signing lease
  • Pet Fee: $50 a month
  • Proof of income in the form of the prior year’s tax returns and current pay stubs are required
  • You must make (up to) 3x more than your rental cost
  • You MUST have NO prior evictions. This will be checked after you submit your application

One-Time & Non-Refundable

  • Application Fee: $50
  • Administration Fee: $250
  • Key Deposit: $75
  • Pet Deposit: $350 (if applicable & after approval)
